I am glad to say that Lydia is safe AND is to be married! How proud I am to say that. I just love that she found someone to share her life with, even if it has brought on slight complications. I do not see why my husband will not let Lydia and her new man visit our home.
I can see that we see completely different views here. She is to be married yes, but to Wickham! How can this possibly be good? He is a man in debt, and one that cannot support our daughter. That, wife, is why I refuse to let them into our house.
